Villa 1
This villa is considered to be the main house, although all three are self-contained and situated around the interlinking lotus ponds, Salas and swimming pool. Immediately entering this two-storey villa, you will find a large and spacious lounge area tastefully decorated with authentic Asian flair. You will see a large leather three piece settee big enough for six persons within close proximity to entertainment facilities that include a large Sony TV with UBC satellite channels, a DVD player and a Sony surround sound music system.
Villa 2
Making you way from villa 1 to villa two, you will see a large open terrace next to the swimming pool and Jacuzzi. From this vantage point, you will also see a gymnasium, which is situated under a large roof sala/lounge ideal for outdoor dining.
Entering the main part of villa 2 next to the large communal kitchen, you will see a large open-plan living room with its own fitted kitchen with Smeg gas hobs and oven, a breakfast bar, grill, and microwave within close proximity to a majestic wooden circular table big enough for 10 people. The lounge is positioned for easy pool access and is home to lots of mahogany fixtures and fittings that give the room a classy atmosphere. The lounge is home to a large and comfortable settee that is big enough for nine people to kick back and relax while watching international satellite channels on the large Samsung flat-screen TV. There is also a DVD player.
Just off the lounge, you will also see a guest bathroom with just wash basins and a toilet.
Villa 3
This villa is the third part of the estate and situated within a stone's throw of the snooker room and the roof sala/terrace. This villa is also set over two floors. The moment you step into the villa, you will encounter a dining table and an adjoining western style kitchen. The mahogany 6-seat dining table is a great first impression of the villa positioned underneath a beautiful abstract painting. The kitchen is equipped with granite counters, 4-ring stovetop and tea and coffee making facilities. The great thing about this area is it's surrounded by tall windows that not only lets in tremendous natural light but also allows for scenic views out to the meticulously maintained lawn areas of the garden.
Kitchen Description:
There are three kitchens in total, two within the villas and a large communal kitchen with every appliance known to man, which is generally used by the onsite cooking staff. This kitchen also has a coffee machine and a small breakfast bar area.
