The Buraran Suites Resort at Satahip is a chance to have your very own resort for your family and friends to holiday together within these six immaculately maintained private bedroom suites and a selection of communal facilities that include a large swimming pool, tennis courts and a bar. There are six private bedroom suites within their own self-contained domain alongside a large 22 meter Private swimming pool, indoor and outdoor kitchens, a yoga/fitness room, serviced bar area with refrigerator and a Thai Sala that sits poolside on the outdoor terrace. The mini resort is surrounded by a perimeter wall that backs directly on to a scenic reservoir and the ultra-exclusive Tamarind House, for which the Buraran Suites was originally the clubhouse before its renovation. The glorious countryside setting immediately lifts any stress or pressures you were experiencing, realigning your karma and energizing your well being.
The six ensuite air-conditioned bedrooms are furnished to a high degree, with queen size mattresses fitted with quality linens and fluffy pillows, some of which are on four poster beds. All have flat screen televisions, DVD players and international programming so you need never miss any of your favourite serials or sporting events.
All of the ensuite bathrooms are fully tiled with countertop wash bowl sinks and goose neck faucets, vanity cabinet with art deco mirror above, shower and low profile toilet. Some of the showers have hand laid mosaic tiles walls giving an artistic appearance to the room.
The indoor living room features comfortable seating around a wall mounted flat screen television while the outdoor area overlooks the garden for a more tranquil gathering of friends and family. There are also some more secluded seating arrangements around the property for when you want to enjoy a private moment.
The outdoor covered bar is one of the places where everyone can eat dinner together overlooking the gardens and listening to music. There are also a number of umbrella shaded tables and chairs right at the edge of the swimming pool, especially suited to breakfast and lunch or afternoon barbeques.
Both the indoor and outdoor kitchens are fully equipped with all of the modern appliances you need to prepare a meal quickly and easily when you choose to self-cater. A private chef is also available to do the cooking when you prefer to relax and be pampered.

The number of persons as listed on the booking detail for occupation is final, any extra persons found to be occupying the property will be charged for at a rate of 500 baht a day or asked to leave the premises. Payment Our payment terms are 15% deposit as above, 35% eight weeks prior to arrival with the remaining 50% due on arrival in the currency agreed. Deposit payments can be made by Visa/MasterCard or by Bank Transfer, the remaining payment must be paid in cash. If the client wishes to pay the balance by Credit/MasterCard a 3.5% charge to cover merchant costs will be applied. Security deposit We do not take a security deposit, however we accept accidents happen, it is requested that you replace the damaged item/s like for like or a charge will be made. Any damage must be notified to the owners immediately and rectified prior to departure. Personal Safety The owners can not accept any liability or any claim what so-ever of any nature in or outside of the property arising from any incident. Guests are requested to take care and ensure when out or asleep all windows and doors are securely shut. Anyone caught jumping out of the windows into the pools will be asked to vacate their property immediately. Pets No pets are allowed into the properties, any pets found in the properties the Guest will be charged for a full clean. Smoking Please consider our non smoking guests and smoke outside the property, ash trays are provided. Daily maid service Daily maid service is included in the price except Palm Grove Pool Villas where there is a charge of THB 1000 per time inclusive of a linen change, bookable and to be paid at reception. Daily maid service in all other Villas includes the daily cleaning of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 baht per towel per day. Damaged or un-cleanable soiled sheets will be charges at THB 2000 per set. Beach towels are not provided these can be purchased locally at very reasonable prices if required. Water & Electricity All prices include water and electricity charges. We have budgeted that a generous allowance, based on average use that a weekly allowance of 2000 baht is ample (400 units). If this amount is exceeded we reserve the right to charge 7 baht per unit exceeding that amount. Please do not use the air conditioning unnecessarily and switch off when going out! Liability The owners or their agents can not accept any liability whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects however caused. We strongly recommend our guests to take out insurance to cover this. Force Majeure The owners or their agents can not accept, or be responsible for any liable loss, damage or changes caused by force Majeure for example. strikes, floods, closure of airports, weather conditions or any such event beyond our control. Swimming pool Many properties have a private pool and the Village offers the use of a communal pool. We can not accept any liability for any injury caused as a result of the use of the pools. Please take care and ensure all children are supervised at all times. Problems or complaints All our properties are inspected daily and it is unlikely that you should experience any problems, however, in the event of any such problem please notify the management or staff as soon as possible. We will endeavor to rectify the problem immediately during normal working hours or the next working day. Please note that Thailand is a tropical country and insects and small creature are inevitable and beyond our control. Please ensure on completion of cooking all waste foods are disposed of and work surfaces are cleaned to ensure this is kept to a minimum. Check in / out times. Our check in times are after 1300hrs – check out by 1100hrs please abide by these times to avoid disappointment to following customers as the property needs to be fully cleaned and linen changed. These times must be strictly adhered to unless agreed in writing by prior arrangement. Meter readings will be read and the property checked before departure, please settle your account if any before departing. |
