  Hi,

  Value: 7 >> at 8400+ baht, price is a good deal when shared among 6 person, it's like paying for a hotel. Just that I felt that the electricity bills was a little expensive, as we always turn off all air-con when we left the house.

  Location: 6 >> A little inconvenient when we want to go out, and taxi motorbike and Family Mart are quite far away. Quite scary to walk alone at night

  Staff: 7 >> Staff are friendly.

  Property: 7 >> Overall is alright. Just a few minor issues. Toilet bowl requires 2-3 flush before it can be flushed. Some of the door's lock are not working. Swimming pool is a little dirty.

  Dining*: >> Never tried

  Overall, we might return if we plan to stay at Villa again.
