Set in its own gardens secure with private off road parking making this Villa an ideal family home with the added advantage that it is only a 35 meter walk from door to the waters edge of the 16 meter communal pool with adjoining 5 meter pool just 60cm deep for the younger ones.
This pool is set in spacious gardens with toilet and shower facilities in beautiful and relaxing surroundings. You will be home from home in this spacious Villa with modern European furnishings just a tint of Thai dιcor surrounds you for added interest.
The entrance porch with its cane suite provides open air daytime relaxation in the shade, amongst the palms, trees and tropical flowers with calm breezes from the Jomtien coast to cool you.

Appliances include fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hob, rice cooker, toaster, with all the utensils you may require.UtilitiesA washing machine is provided for your use with iron and ironing board, there is a local very cheap laundry close by which our staff can take care of for you.Living areaThe living area is open plan but divided into two by the large sofa arrangement, both dining and living area seating can accommodate ten persons comfortably. Cable TV is provided with some 60 Thai and English channels (Football is available). Cleaning/towels/linen and maid service are provided, please bring your own beach towels or purchase locally.A fabulous family or single group accommodation that is very economically priced!

We can not accept any further liability than the above, please ensure you have adequate insurance. | Rates Exclude Private Chef on Request, Airport Transfers, Baby Sitting Payment Terms Booking deposit A 15% booking deposit is required on receipt of confirmed availability, this is to be paid within 72 hours to guarantee your reservation, if payment is not received except by prior arrangement the company reserves the right to re-let the dates offered. The number of persons as listed on the booking detail for occupation is final, any extra persons found to be occupying the property will be charged for at a rate of 500 baht a day or asked to leave the premises. Payment Our payment terms are 15% deposit as above, 35% eight weeks prior to arrival with the remaining 50% due on arrival in the currency agreed. Deposit payments can be made by Visa/MasterCard or by Bank Transfer, the remaining payment must be paid in cash. If the client wishes to pay the balance by Credit/MasterCard a 3.5% charge to cove merchant costs will be applied. Security deposit We do not take a security deposit, however we accept accidents happen, it is requested that you replace the damaged item/s like for like or a charge will be made.
