Baan-Sumalee in Jomtien - Pattaya is a recent addition to our portfolio (September 2007) is a very spacious five double bedroom Villa.

Set in its own gardens secure with private off road parking making this Villa an ideal family home with the added advantage that it is only a 35 meter walk from door to the waters edge of the 16 meter communal pool with adjoining 5 meter pool just 60cm deep for the younger ones.

This pool is set in spacious gardens with toilet and shower facilities in beautiful and relaxing surroundings. You will be home from home in this spacious Villa with modern European furnishings just a tint of Thai décor surrounds you for added interest.

The entrance porch with its cane suite provides open air daytime relaxation in the shade, amongst the palms, trees and tropical flowers with calm breezes from the Jomtien coast to cool you.

Accommodation

Bedroom 1 – King size bed, ample furniture, sofa and balcony-pool view.
Bedroom 2 – Queen size bed with ample furniture and sofa.
Bedroom 3 – King size bed, ample furniture with two arm chairs.
Bedroom 4 – King size bed, ample furniture, chaise lounge-pool view.
Bedroom 5 – Queen size bed, ample furniture-ground floor.

Bathrooms

Bedrooms 1-2-3 and 5 have on-suite facilities,
bedroom 4 shares the bathroom with bedroom three – there are two independent lockable entrances.

Kitchen

A galley style fitted kitchen with small table and chairs, granite worktops. Appliances include fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hob, rice cooker, toaster, with all the utensils you may require.

Utilities

A washing machine is provided for your use with iron and ironing board, there is a local very cheap laundry close by which our staff can take care of for you.

Living area

The living area is open plan but divided into two by the large sofa arrangement, both dining and living area seating can accommodate ten persons comfortably.
Cable TV is provided with some 60 Thai and English channels (Football is available).
Cleaning/towels/linen and maid service are provided, please bring your own beach towels or purchase locally.
