Baan Duan in Jomtien, Pattaya was the last phase here at Viewpoint completed in August 2006.
As all our properties, this 4 double bedroom 4 bathroom villa is of the highest of standards and has the advantage of South East facing large gardens to the front of the Villa giving a sunny aspect most of the day.
The ground floor is of open plan design with separate kitchen and open tiled utility area to the rear of the kitchen covered by a large canopy.
The perimeter of this Villa is totally secure with a high six foot wall to the rear with walls and wrought iron fencing to the other three sides. A large sliding wrought ‘iron gate’ gives you access to your private off road parking.
A large communal pool is located some three to four minute stroll from the Villa which is set in shaded gardens with toilet and shower facilities.

We can not accept any further liability than the above, please ensure you have adequate insurance. | Rates Exclude Private Chef on Request, Airport Transfers, Baby Sitting Payment Terms Booking deposit A 15% booking deposit is required on receipt of confirmed availability, this is to be paid within 72 hours to guarantee your reservation, if payment is not received except by prior arrangement the company reserves the right to re-let the dates offered. The number of persons as listed on the booking detail for occupation is final, any extra persons found to be occupying the property will be charged for at a rate of 500 baht a day or asked to leave the premises. Payment Our payment terms are 15% deposit as above, 35% eight weeks prior to arrival with the remaining 50% due on arrival in the currency agreed. Deposit payments can be made by Visa/MasterCard or by Bank Transfer, the remaining payment must be paid in cash. If the client wishes to pay the balance by Credit/MasterCard a 3.5% charge to cove merchant costs will be applied. Security deposit We do not take a security deposit, however we accept accidents happen, it is requested that you replace the damaged item/s like for like or a charge will be made.
