Kitchen: Fitted with granite worktops, appliances include a fully fitted oven and hob, Dishwasher, American style fridge/freezer, microwave, rice cooker, toaster and enough utensils for ten persons. The washing machine is situated at the rear of the Villa. Ironing board and iron are provided. Living rooms: The spacious living area offers comfortable seating for ten, with a separate dining table and chairs seating 8 persons. For your enjoyment a cable TV with CD/DVD player is provided offering many choices of programmes. High speed wireless facilities are included, bring your laptop! Other: Good size gardens, private adult and children's pool, marble patio area with table and bench seating, tiled lounging area with a cane suit with table seating five to six persons, water feature's, a gas BBQ can be provided. We can not accept any further liability than the above, please ensure you have adequate insurance. | Rates Exclude Private Chef on Request, Airport Transfers, Baby Sitting Payment Terms Booking deposit A 15% booking deposit is required on receipt of confirmed availability, this is to be paid within 72 hours to guarantee your reservation, if payment is not received except by prior arrangement the company reserves the right to re-let the dates offered. The number of persons as listed on the booking detail for occupation is final, any extra persons found to be occupying the property will be charged for at a rate of 500 baht a day or asked to leave the premises. Payment Our payment terms are 15% deposit as above, 35% eight weeks prior to arrival with the remaining 50% due on arrival in the currency agreed. Deposit payments can be made by Visa/MasterCard or by Bank Transfer, the remaining payment must be paid in cash. If the client wishes to pay the balance by Credit/MasterCard a 3.5% charge to cove merchant costs will be applied. Security deposit We do not take a security deposit, however we accept accidents happen, it is requested that you replace the damaged item/s like for like or a charge will be made.
