Baan Dokrak in Jomtien -Pattaya, completed construction early in 2006 at Viewpoint and sits amongst massive banana palms and other species in its own private gardens.
Gated and secure with off road parking these good size gardens are ideal for families with younger children in total safety whilst unattended.
Four double bedrooms and a spacious open plan living area with marble floors gives a perfect option verses a hotel environment.
The external kitchen doors opens to a tiled rear area under cover with table and chairs for breakfast in the fresh morning air as the rear faces South West and shaded from the sun for most of the day.
The large communal pool 16 meters by eight meters with a 5 meter children’s pool is also set in large gardens with seating, toilets and shower facilities just a short stroll away about two to three minute walk from your Villa.

- Fully fitted with granite worktops, appliances include fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker, rice cooker, toaster and enough utensils for eight persons.
- The washing machine is situated to the rear covered area. An ironing board and iron are provided.
Living area
- The living area due to the large banana palms surrounding the Villa offers a cool environment, modern furnishings and leather suite.
- Cable TV with DVD/CD player offers movie channels in English and cartoon channels for the children.
- The living area opens to the dining area with seating for six.
Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service
- The Villas come with daily maid service included in the price, all linen and towels are provided-please bring your own beach towels or purchase locally. A local laundry service is available close-by at very reasonable prices.
