As you enter through the gated secure exterior of this bungalow, passing the private 8 meter private pool with built in Jacuzzi on your right.

Proceed up the steps into the large entrance area; two beautiful featured carved hard wood doors greet you. Once open, your gaze will take you across the large open plan spacious living area into the stunning fitted kitchen with its worktops in black granite making a warm contrast against the mahogany units.

Passing through the kitchen, this door will take you to the rear extension with its utility room, double bedroom and separate bathroom.

The gardens here are minimal with grassed areas to the sides of the property however there is plenty of shaded cover at the front of the building.

In summary - very relaxing, peaceful and comfortable yet within minutes of the beach.

Bedroom one has a full bathroom the other bathrooms have toilet

Fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops and breakfast bar, appliances include large fridge/freezer, kettle, microwave, rice cooker and toaster
Place settings for eight people.

Utility Room

As mentioned this is part of the rear extension, has a sink with double drainer and washing machine. Ironing board and iron is available for your use.

Living room

The air conditioned living area offers a multi-section fabric sofa, coffee table, entertainment facilities of cable TV, CD/DVD player with surround sound system.
The dining area offers a small dining table with seating for four, there are broadband wireless facilities for your own laptop no equipment is available.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service

All included in the price – please bring your own beach towels or these can be purchased locally at very reasonable prices
