Baan Budsaba, in Jomtien - Pattaya
This three bedroom bungalow at Eakmongol village was completed in February 2006 and enjoys a corner plot with reasonable size gardens, with drive and car port for off road parking with free use of Toyota Sportrider car.
This private development is gated with 24 hour security, has a communal pool and is only a ten minute walk or two minute drive to Jomtien’s Beach and ten minutes from central Pattaya.
The property is of open plan design, spacious and in addition to the three bedrooms offers a fully fitted kitchen, dining and living area with comfortable seating for six.
The gardens to the front and sides of the bungalow are mainly laid to lawn, the front entrance is a large columned covered porch, to the left is outside seating for six persons.

- Fully fitted with granite worktops, appliances include a separate cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker, rice cooker, toaster and enough utensils for six persons
- The sink is equipped with an ultra violet filter for a constant supply of good quality drinking water
- The washing machine is situated at the rear of the bungalow
- Ironing board and iron are provided.
Living area
- The spacious living area offers comfortable seating for six, with a separate dining area also seating six persons
- For your enjoyment there is a large dresser where you can swap or use books from
- TV, equipped with satellite offering many choices of programmes.
Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service
- The Villas come with daily maid service included in the price, all linen and towels are provided-please bring your own beach towels or purchase locally.
An excellent location for those wishing a peaceful and relaxing holiday but within easy reach of the beaches and all major attractions.
